Outerwears Inc Return Policy: 

●Any discrepancies, including incorrectly shipped or omitted product, must be reported to Outerwears
  within 24 hours of receipt. Outerwears reserves the right to conduct a visual inspection if necessary. 

● Damaged Packages delivered via US Postal should be reported immediately to your local post office.

● Items may be returned within 14 days, provided the product has not been used. 
   An RMA # must be obtained prior to returning product.  All items returned are subject to inspection and
   a 20% restocking fee (defective parts do not apply).

● Custom ordered items are non-refundable and non exchangeable.
